All debit/credit card payments are refunded to the original card used during checkout. Please note that the refunded amount will appear in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, you will receive a notification via the app once the refund has been processed (within 24 hours). The amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your provider.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Please note that underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
