Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, to the address you give us at checkout.

Delivery is free on every order, wherever you are and whatever you spend.

When you’ll get it

How quickly your order arrives depends on where you are and what you’ve bought.

2-hour delivery is only available on eligible items. You’ll see it flagged on the product page, and confirmed at checkout.

Delivery times can shift when we’re busy or if something is running low in stock. We’ll always keep you posted by email once your order is on its way.

We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, AFO or FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the United Arab Emirates. If you live somewhere remote and aren’t sure we reach you, get in touch and we’ll check.

If nobody’s home when the courier arrives, they’ll get in touch to arrange another time that suits you.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back, and returns are free.

Items need to come back unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on, in their original packaging, along with the invoice. Anything returned damaged, worn or incomplete can’t be refunded, and we may send it back to you.

How to return online

• Sign in to your account and choose the return option next to the order in your recent orders.
• Once the return is confirmed, our courier partner will contact you to book a pickup.
• Pack the items back up and hand the parcel to the courier.
• That’s it. The return costs you nothing.

If you’re sending back more than one item from the same order, put them in the same parcel so we can process everything together.

What we can’t take back

For hygiene reasons, we can’t offer a refund or exchange on:

• earrings and other pierced jewellery
• underwear and bodysuits
• swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed
• socks and tights, once opened

This doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item turns out to be faulty.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we’ll check it over, then email you to confirm it’s approved.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take up to ten working days to show up in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, let us know within two working days and we’ll put it right.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind before your order arrives, call or message us as soon as you can and we’ll cancel it if it hasn’t been processed yet.

If it’s already on its way, don’t worry. Just send it back as a return once it arrives.

Gifts

Received something as a gift and it’s not quite right? Get in touch and we’ll help. The same 30 days apply, and the item needs to be unworn with its tags, packaging and invoice.
